Send feedback without an account

You don’t need a GitHub account to tell us about a problem, a crash or an idea.

Open the feedback form. It takes a few minutes.

From Cold Open it’s quicker: Share feedback… ▸ Open the form, or Report a problem… ▸ Use the form (both in the palette, About, and the start screen). The form opens with your text and the details filled in, and, if you tick it, your usage summary.

How the form works

• Your answers come to us privately. Unlike GitHub issues, nobody else sees them.
• It asks for nothing personal. There’s a box for a way to reach you, if you’d like a reply, and you can leave it empty.
• From Cold Open: Report a problem… ▸ Use the form, and the crash report’s Send with the form, open it with Cold Open’s version, your system and the renderer filled in, and nothing from your script.
• The form is a Google Form, so Google’s privacy policy applies to what you type into it. You don’t need a Google account.

Please don’t paste a script you don’t own. A short scene of your own that shows the problem is best. See what feedback helps.
